With selected onions exclusively onions, this recipe, delicately cooked in our cauldrons, exhales all its scents of caramel and candied grape.

This sweet and sour culinary preparation  ideally accompanies “foie gras” and all  pie dishes and pâtés. It can be served on toasts  as an appetizer or with cold meats.

To make our candied of figs, we only use figs of Provence that we slowly cook in our cauldrons
In order to give to it its slightly acid taste, we add a drop of red wine vinegar of Aix en Provence.

This recipe can be served on toasts as an appetizer but could go with all meats, preferably with toasted duck filets.

This product has the same basis than other candied onions: a base of onions for a marked taste and fine-cut onions for the texture of the product.

Blueberries and black current gives to it a slightly acid and original touch.
