This sweet and sour culinary preparation ideally accompanies “foie gras” and all pie dishes and pâtés. It can be served on toasts as an appetizer or with cold meats.

|  |  | | Candied figs | | Mason jar - Net weight 200 g | To make our candied of figs, we only use figs of Provence that we slowly cook in our cauldrons In order to give to it its slightly acid taste, we add a drop of red wine vinegar of Aix en Provence.
This recipe can be served on toasts as an appetizer but could go with all meats, preferably with toasted duck filets.
