It is in deep Provence, in a village under a blue sky where the scrubland runs up to the sea that our story begins …

Once upon a time! A man called Marius Bernard who was born in Saint-Chamas, pastry chief as a craft and upholder of the cuisine of Provence .

It was in 1958, that he decided cooking traditional recipes, genuine hangover of gastronomy of Provence : Pieds et Paquets, fish soup, ratatouille, tapenade…As a matter of course, from fresh foods without coloring none preservatives.

His passion for the region and for cooking made him elaborate a way of cooking simple, colorated, creative, generous and where the natural reigns.

In the heart of St-Chamas-en-Provence, "The factory which smells good".
