| Aubergines custard tart and crushed tomatoes with basil |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven (Th.6/7 à 180/200°C),
- Mix the eggs in omelette, then add the caviar of Aubergines with the fresh cream.
- Pour all on the buttered pan.
- Put in the oven for 35 min.
- Wait that the custard tart is warm before turning it out.
- Serve with the icy crushed tomatoes with basil.
